As you can see, I dont even need zipties to keep the gaps. It took alot of adjusting and zipties to get it like this.

What did you use to cut them with? I was planning on using a 7 1/4" circular but everyone else seems to like those 5 1/2" jobbies. Dare I say it.......I may need a new tool.

Furture Discussion:

Wife: Why do you need another saw?
Me: Because it easier for this specific job
Wife: Why its just smaller. Does it cut slanty ways like the big one?
Me: Yes.
Wife: So its the same thing just smaller?
Me: Yes
Wife: How much are they
Me: Couple hundred bucks
Wife: I dont think we can afford that. This boat building is getting annoying. You are taking up have the driveway and almost all the garage. I got to move jugs, cans, tools, trash and god knows whatever else just to do a load of laundry.
Me: But I also need for that new bookcase you have been wanting me to build you.
Wife: Do they have them at Home Depot?
Me: YEP!
