Is there a question?

Is it that two dimensions do not add up?
Disregard the one at the bottom (3361) if it bothers you. The dimension line points to the extension of the other dimension line.
I checked and if I moved the line, the difference in the curve would be less than 1/100 mm!
Or over write the one at the bottom and make it 3353.
I should not have shown that dimension at the bottom, you don't need it. Sorry for the confusion.

He's not asking anything. He's telling us his boat is finished. His OB15 turned out great. It's beautiful. Here is his bateau gallery.

OK, I see it now. That 1st link only showed the plans and I wondered why the title said finished.
The boat looks great, what we need now is pictures of the boat in the water.
Congratulations on a nice job.
