The third image from the bottom shows an example of how your fiberglass seams are going to look. You should have a lamination schedule that says where to put fiberglass and how far to overlap it.

The one I see get the best reviews is the dust deputy. I haven't tried one out yet, but it looks to be a nice portable size for working on a boat. Dust Deputy makes them small and large. That jet system looks like something you would put on much larger dust collector, something I haven't ruled out, ...

I have been browsing dust collection. I know my shop vac filter clogs in about 10 seconds with fine dust. There is a company that makes a baffle in line that collects "99%" of dust before it gets to the shop vac. Add that to a simple tool vacuum switch and you can save a bundle of money. I...

You make the glue and fillets from the wood flour not the fairing material, which is the purple stuff. http://boatbuildercentral.com/proddetail.php?prod=E_woo_1lb I thought so too, but the description to what he linked too says it is suitable for fillets. I am not there, but my guess is the fillets...

Hmm, microballoons was what I thought, didn't know they where mixing up an all purpose filler.
Just make sure you aren't building up your fillets to high and work wet on wet to get the tape over your filets and they shouldn't sag.
