Cool Deal.. Thanks for the info. Im going to have to order one.
Im using the Dremel multimax (the original smaller pos one) and the HF noisemaker both of wich I have to smack them a few times to work on occasion.

How about a piece of plexiglass or lexan (much stronger)
Paint the back so you can't see through it.
Much less $ than starboard.

For cross cutting I use a clamp guide and my porter cable circular saw (one from the 90s when they still made them in good old USA) something like this http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41RJ6xYvEqL.jpg These things are great for cutting doors and tons of other things.. That 10" DeWalt portable saw is a great saw if your looking for one you can put away easily. Im a contractor and Ive used them before. It has a great fence setup with a gear driven knob for fine adjustments. Only thing is it doesn't mount on a stand which is no big deal some folding horses and ...
