Unless you plan to stand on the sole to pole,I don't really see the need to lower the sheer to absolute minimum!! I would stand on the deck or a platform and keep the higher sheer to reduce water coming into the boat while running!!

I posted a few minutes ago about a larger set of plans for the FS15!! What I meant to say was plans for the 18 foot outboard skiff(OB 18),not the FS18

Iwant to build the fast skiff and the page says that plans are available for an 18 foot model but there is no place where those plans are shown!! Where can I see them for comparison to the FS15 before I buy them?
