Here is a link to a web site selling electric outboard and sailboat motors.

The outboard engines are 4 hp, it doesn't say the battery requirements but looks interesting for those with small boats.

I went to office depot and ordered a name tag with the HIN # on it but without the clip and glued it on with thickened epoxy

I have used both and the smooth seems a little rubbery for the bottom of a boat. I used the textured for the bottom of my boat and like the way it cushions and gives traction when standing, the smooth I used on the gunales and it still chipped of when I bumped into something. I have been doing a lot of searching propeller web sites. Piranha propellers has a prop hub that you can interchange blade. Thay say if your not happy with the pitch and don't have any damage you can exchange the blades for a diferent pitch blade. Good Luck
