Joel, From personal experience, Florida Anytime of the year is a slow to medium hardener state. We almost ran into trouble when glassed in the bottom of our boat, late December 02. Guys think and remember this. When you drill those holes out oversize, and then fill with epoxy, you are using the epoxy for a purpose it was never designed for. Sure it is strong, but do you want the epoxy to take the force of that outboards weight pounding up and down on it. Yes you are water proo...
