I put up a pic from today. As soon as the paint is done and cured I hang the motor. I will get motor hooked up and running, get the wiring done, then launch the boat with a load. A displacement hull has a speed that is based on waterline length. They will not plane. Once you get power to reach hull speed more power will make it try to climb bow wave and burn a lot more fuel.
