I am pretty sure that Inshore Marine in AuGres keeps Yammy parts in stock. That may be farther than you want to drive for parts, but I figured I would toss it out there.

I'm currently rebuilding one and I am projecting right around 7k. That includes glass, epoxy, wood,electrical, electronics, jack plate, plumbing, paint, steering, etc. That amount does not include a new motor or trailer. What year 22-2? If it a flatback (pre '73) it is a pretty versatile and amazing...

I think cleaning all of the nasty stuff out is actually the worst part...time consuming and no satisfaction of progress. Also that is a good amount of wiring they had run to that console.
