My prayers are with everyone in the areas hit through all these storms. West Michigan is looking pretty good right now. Lots of water, sandy beaches.....sure, we'll get lots of snow but that's just about it for bad weather and every spring....it melts!

My PK-78

Great boat! But what really intrigues me is the trailer. I'm building the V10 and living 1 mile from 2 lakes I'm convinced that there ought to be a way to pull it with my bicycle......Can you tell us more about your trailer?

I believe what georita1 is asking here, and I have the same question even after reading the tutorials, is about the allowable time between the various steps involving epoxy. The question is based on my understanding that there are 4 steps involved: 1. Coat all surfaces with epoxy. 2. Do small fillet...

Looks good. Congratulations! I tried the link listed on your photo description for the source for decals and logo but it came back as an error. Can you possibly check it or give us the seller name? Thanks.

Interesting design and plan. I'm working on a V10 (my first boat) but am thinking about a canoe next, perhaps building it with my son, and I like the looks of this. I'll be interested in seeing more pictures as you progress. I hope all goes well with your wife's recuperation.

Thanks everyone for for your advice and opinions and encouragement. The photo is a pretty straight-on view from the side so from folks comments and my own comparison to the plan drawings I'm sure my trimming changed it some. On the other hand, even with the trimming everything is fitting together ni...

Thanks. I believe I've got it now. However, I also figured out that BBCode cannot be disabled or the photo won't be included.

.....is it still a V10?

I'd posted in the Builder's Progress Forums but it was suggested that I post here also for more comments and tech support. So here goes: I'm started into my first boat and I've learned to appreciate all the information and advice provided by other builders here in the forums. I'm building the V10 an...

Thanks Larry. Never thought about how the upper panels tightness affects alignment of the lower panels.

I can't seem to get the photos to appear in the post regardless of what URL I attach. They are in the Gallery. I'll try again tomorrow.
