I ordered a 10x20 5mm and a 14x36 3mm for my new skimboard on Thanksgiving. Hope they reopened on Fri. {doubt it} and shipped that stuff so I get it soon. I bought this stuff vers Xtrak because it's 50-75%cheaper and it comes in sea foam green. What are you look for again. Pics or Video of us laying...

yes, it should cut back on the noise, which I'll be very prone to haveing sense the bottom is the bottom. Glassing the outside of a GF16
How far up the bow transome and the stern transome do I take the glass?
In the stern where the side over lap and the transome glass make a flap. DO I cut out that flap or do I simply cut it and wrap it around the both the side and transome?

When you guys fair out the inside do you fair the entire panel or just so far off the tape lines and try to feather into the wood?

Thank you very much for the Stanley Sureform hint. Although I don't own one. I have a vast asortment of rasp files at work that did a number on the high spots and my finger tips as I had to remove the handle in order to get it in the corners and to lay flat.
