Not much of an actual fishing trip, but I did go out and drag a shrimp trawl for a bit more than 100#'s of shrimp, one good size flounder, and a 5 gallon bucket of blue crabs.

Thanks yall, coming from a lady that's especially good to hear :D Not sure about your tastes, Bob :P The wrappings don't have any epoxy on them yet, but after about 3 coats it will be impervious to fish slime, blood, mud, don't forget beer. No worries about using this rod, it's built to catch fish....
