Looking good.
I really envy you the temperature. It was 40F in my shop
this morning. I have a fire going but it will take a couple
hours to bring it up to at least 60 so I can smear some epoxy.

Making very slow progress on my HMD18, but the project
is still proceeding.

My sympathies to the entire family.

Yoda has been an inspiration to me in my project,
and will continue to be.

Rest well Lou.

Point No Point Resort.. I remember the railway where you used to run the boats down on the car into the water. That was a few years ago though. I own one of the old Sande 14' kicker boats, and wanted to run it down the railway once for old time sake but last year when I drove by the resort it had be...

Yoda, You're an inspiration to me. Been out of it (boatbuilding) a while, but got a couple minor house remodels done and we got a new store up and running. I still have to paint my house this summer but then I am going to work on the boat. Planning on buying the motor in January at the Seattle Boat ...

Making slow progress.
Tanks, builge pump, and transducer for fishfinder just showed up.
So I can locate them, install vertical baffles for foam, and
order hoses, wireing, and the foam.
Just downloaded the latest picture and you can see I'm
a little more organized but it's still very tight.

I'm about 70mi west of Seattle.
So far this week we have had a couple days of
40-50 knot winds, rain every day(part time).
Snow, hail and sun.
Spring is on the way though, the grass needs mowing.
And the weather gives me an excuse (so far) to ignore everything
else and work on the boat.

Just looked (again) at my pile of plans, notes, receipts, etc. and found the "lamination schedule". Just like back in school (a long time ago), if I keep quiet and look at the book, the answer is there. I've looked at the plans a dozen times, and I'll probably learn something from them eve...

Thanks Doug.
I have fillets, biax tape, and two coats of epoxy in two
of the areas between frames.
Think I'll hold up till I get some biax cloth.

HMD18 glass cloth

Ran into a thread that mentioned glass cloth inside.
Does the entire interior get cloth in addition to biax on the seams?
Did I mess up by not glassing before fastening the frames?

YODA - Thanks for the update.
Plan on cutting out Frame D this weekend.
Just received 3 gallons of fresh epoxy and am going to
make a major start on glassing in frames.
