I actually picked up the oarlocks from Dick's Sporting Goods, but you can probably get some from Glen-L. That is where I got the rudder hardware.

Hey Gary I´m the one who modified the SH-14 to a lug rig. I´ve been real happy with the results. I used a balanced lug and used the same mast and re-used the sprit.
