Galleys
Just a general design question, why is the galley always on the port side of a vessel? Is it just tradition or is there a some standard of old that is still used.

tim, the wood is just temporary, the old supports didn't provide the propper support to rebuild. The trailer is for sale if anyone is interested. Well, I am almost done. Finaly. I had the T-top powder coated to match the leaning post and it should look great. Staining of Paint
I painted the topsides with the System Three paint. I am having problems with staining. I used the hardener provided on every coat and I used 4 coats and it sat in my garage for three weeks. The paint is very hard as I found when wet sanding a run but it stains very easily. Has anyone ever had this ...

I have been using a Porter Cable 7336 variable speed RO sander for years. I used to install hardwood floors and this was the sander of choice.
