I wonder how stable it is in a chop ? The center of gravity looks pretty high up with your body mass perched in a fishing chair.And some of us have more body mass than others

I also ran into that problem with the wife's car and the boat both occuping the 20x20 garage during the build,The solution was to put casters on the building frame so it could be rolled against the wall when the car was garaged or rolled to the center when I was working on it....Of course this metho...

YIKES,Good thing it's a "Flats Boat" Cause a foot of water is all I would want to float??? that in..And with no way to mount a motor you better like paddling and poling

Yes,it's glassed with 10 oz up to the waterline ,6 inch tape on all the seams and all wood saturated with marine epoxy.I followed the plans pretty closely except for the double bottom ,using epoxy glue instead of Sikaflex All Bateau products of course :D As far as holding up here is a 15 ft Pram I b...

Joel,It's the sport version,The double bottom was ok'ed by the designer..ie: nothing inside to trip over
