I would agree with both...but like I said never have seen it become brittle like this..also tried same pull test on outside and it passed without peeling..also was hard saturating weave..so might just be crystalized..and also like I said never freezes here...we'll see Will try heating to higher tem ...

I have had to put project on hold for a year...long assed sad story..... Have had hull bottom finished but waited to flip till ready to really roll on inside. Just started to glass inside and noticed resin (but not hardener) was more viscous at similar temps. Always thought "crystalization"...

All this talk about an enclosed head.. I had a porti-potti on a Ensinada 22 sailboat...it worked great..the ladies loved it..and there was no bad odors....It was loacated right where the DE and Novi plans indicate. The 23 can have an "enclosed head" with just a fitted canvas betwenn cabin ...

Thanks guys, One reason I have been reluctant to finish spray rail/chine is because the detail and procedure wasn't included in plans or notes. I think my idea would work but you guys convinced me to go with 2X2 PJPiercey ...looks good to me... what hull is that? And could you briefly explain proced...
