Re: Permit to build
I know that rb16 is a scaled rb14. Is it possible to scale beam only?

Re: Permit to build
Actualy i ordered metric plans.
I got to that conclusion, its about 155 wide.
But rb16 study page states 181, it's a big diference.

Ran out of epoxy, buying more to finish this and start another... Missing rubrail, bredstock, it will never be finished :D http://gallery.bateau2.com/albums/userpics/83893/543710_4004652280578_1409254957_69880177_511443278_n.jpg http://gallery.bateau2.com/albums/userpics/83893/403462_4004655960670_1...

Re: Permit to build
Maybe found problem.
If in the first page scale with 1:20 and LOA 16', then beam is 4'9''
Considering beam 5'11, then scale 1:25 LOA 20'1''
Also the widest frame is 4'9''
If that is correct the boat is very narrow, plans say 5' 11'' max beam.

Re: Permit to build
mine are metric, but it's impossible that RB16 will look like that, nor the 3d images rendered.
I've measured and its not proportionality the length to width. it will be a lot shorter, not that much deck.

Re: Permit to build
It seems it will be accepted, the 2 drawings in the B293/1 and the 2 in B293/2 will be enough if in scale, can you provide?

Re: Permit to build
I'dont think its the lines. Its an actual scale top view, much like the provided in the plans but with a scale 1/12?.
I will submit my info for the permit and wait. Thanks for your reply
