My water tight hatches leak like a sieve. Make sure all your lockers have drainage. I didn't, huge mistake.

I'm by no means an expert so take this with a grain of salt. The tightest fit may not be the way to go. 1/4" plus space all around will allow you to fill with a thickened epoxy.

When you glass the interior; you will need to tie into the existing hull on the order of 12",10",8",6",4" for fige layers of 1700. (This is an example, not advice). The longest piece goes on first to avoid sanding through. I was thinking of doing that in reverse. Successive...
