Great Sandy returned to Noosa on November 1st after a relaxing 6 month cruise to and from Lizard Island in Far North Tropical Queensland, Australia. Saw this bulb setup in a marina today. I think it's similar to OQ's thinking?

There are spray rails a little above the scum line on the inside faces of the bulbs, but not on the outside.
