Is it possible to increase deadrise angle of the C19 ? Similar to the CS23 (17 degres) ?

The max I can go is 6 miles offshore withvmy french boating licence. But in the bay entrance, there is usually 1,5m/2 meters swell, i would know if I can go on it.
