Re: Hurricane Matthew
Looks like I might not have a home to go back to. I live 10 miles west of Cape Canaveral on the Indian river. Wish us luck.
I'm headed to orlando till Friday night. Will still be pretty bad there But way better then being at home.

Re: Console/handrail for SK14
IMO.... I think for a bare bones grab rail it will deffently do. I have seen hundreds with that basic set up and even some with less and have held up fine on small skiffs. I do think Jeff should add another with the four legs where the front two kinda hug a cooler on the sides.

Re: FS14 LS fiberglassing sequence
Sounds like you're really knocking it out
I don't see any reason you couldn't get you're first pass of filler down while its still slightly tacky, considering they are of the same brand? But, any chances I could come check that thing out once you get it flipped over?

Re: 20 HP tiller questions (FS18)
Can't beat the new zuke 20hp 4 stroke. Think it weights 91lbs dry. Other than that personally I prefer the mercury all in one tiller For the small skiffs. Especially if you use a tiller extension.

Re: Mikem59 FS18 Build
Looking great so far. And unless you plan on running cross country trips a 6 or 9 gallon is efficient imo. I also have to buy a few more hatches, one for the bow to access the fuel tank compartment, a door/hatch for the console, and deck access plate to access the compartment. I believe Bateau is fi...

You can also use 2 syringes. one with part A and one with part B. As long as you measure accuratly you can mix super small batches.

Re: Guttered hatches flush mounted
Finally, someone designs and builds a proper hatch with gutters large enough to actually drain. Nicely done, and good luck with sales. Thank you. From what i've seen they are about $100 cheaper than others of similar size. Also, their will be atleast one or two more molds built unless, I find that ...
