Re: wegcagle GV15
The "missing man" video is slick. I was thinking that you were gonna hop on the bow of your remote control cruiser. Great job!

Re: wegcagle's GV-15
I have yet to break in a boat motor. My Evinrude Light Twin was broken in before I was born! I do have experience with motorcycles, autos, and chainsaws. Re: TJ's V10
Looks terrific! I've always planned on some bright work on my build but this confirms it. The taping and painting on the seat area looks detailed and really draws my eye. No one will ever mistake this as a box store buy.

Re: FS14 not so 2 week build anymore

Re: Gv11 materials question
I found this on the Patriot Timber website. They sell SurePly:
Question: Is SurePly® plywood underlayment warranted for Marine Grade applications?
Answer: No. SurePly® plywood underlayment panels are made with exterior glue but the panel is not made to Marine Grade plywood specifications.

Re: TJ's V10
Having finished cars and trucks I have come to this exact same result. In the shop things look fine. And in natural light...OMG . To achieve perfect results requires an artist and engineer. I'm neither.
