So now that my build thread here is all caught up I have some issues I need to solve... My lay-up looks dry to me in some areas. worse in other areas. what can I do to fix this? can I work epoxy into the dry areas in an attempt to re-wet it? Here the woodflour/epoxy fillets were laid down on the pre-primed seams and rounded out with a modified plastic putty scraper from BBC https://forums.bateau2.com/app.php/gallery/image/2202/source In the next two pics the zip ties were removed after the "spot welds" of putty cured overnight...

I used painters tape of course to seal the seams from the outside before priming, filleting ,and glassing the inside to prevent any mess from seeping through on to the ground.
