Re: Eric's C21
Hi Eric, Great to hear from you and glad things are settling down a little. The boat cover looks great and is not surprisingly to the same level of craftsmanship we have come to enjoy from you and your posts. The food looks amazing and I am going to have an enormous breakfast now having looked at yo...

Re: OD18 - NH
A little progress this week, but not as much as Salty :D I wasn't gong to install the console until I finished the forward lockers for access but I found I kept loosing days waiting for things to cure. This way I can alternate between the two jobs. Dusted off the console and mounted it on a couple o...

Re: OD18 - NH
I could have used that bow eye jig! Looking great, nice progress! Same... eventually. Anywhere in your thread did you post pics of how you made the flat area for the eye? It’s beautifully clean! Hi Dan, I looked back in my pictures but apparently didn't take any of that process. I probably used a c...

Re: Nola OD18
Ok, so now I'm starting to be embarrassed to update my build thread . Do you plan to splash it before Christmas?
The boat looks great, really enjoying following your build.

Didn't realize I hadn't posted for a while. Progress is slow now as all the parts a small. Tacked in the anchor locker bulkhead https://www.community.boatbuildercentral.com/forum/app.php/gallery/image/7873/medium The following day it was put in properly and taped both sides. https://www.community.bo...

Re: OD18 - NH
Just a heads up, on my dory unless I had the trailer jacked up a ton in the front it would hold water and not drain out the stern. I ended up putting in two drain holes out the sides about 6 foot from the bow. Thanks Fuzz, fingers crossed I don't end up in the same predicament. I never thought abou...

Re: Jeffs FS14 LS
Hi Jeff, the boat looks great. Can I ask a stupid question, bearing in mind that I may have missed the answer and preempted it with "Stupid Question". Will the platform etc. be bonded in to the sockets you have created and sealed? I only ask this as I cant work out how they drain if they a...

Those tank feet look good to me. They’re not loose, it’s expansion room for the epoxy

Re: OD18 - NH
I glued a doubler on at the point I wanted to have the drain. Time to get on with it and drill that hole. I selected my sharpest 7/8" hole saw and went at it https://www.community.boatbuildercentral.com/forum/app.php/gallery/image/7852/medium There's a hole in my boat dear Liza! https://www.com...
