Hello Fellow Builders,
Looking for Primer Advice. My boat is covered with S3 Quick Fair. What High Build Primer should I use? My criteria are high build and easy to use for a novice.
Also I sanded to 200 grit. Is that enough?

Thanks TomW1. What do builders usually use on their decks? Do they just prime the wood and then paint and apply non-skid or do they apply fiberglass cloth with fairing compound before prime and paint? Thank You!

I would like to add the optional skeg to my build. The plans call for a 1x2 on edge. What would be the recommended wood type? Thanks!
