Thanks for the replies. What material would you use? Aquaplas ? How thick should I buy. I need a total thickness of 2 3/4 inches.

Transom
I am looking for some help with my transom ( 27 Blackfin) . Currently it is a notched transom. I want a full transom so I can put a bracket on it. My transom has a curve in it. Will coosa flex enough? I will attach some pics thx
