Do you have everything back like it was? If the grommet is missing or messed up you will not get full water pressure and it will not pee. Did you install a full new pump kit? Thanks. Unless I hear differently I am going to put it back together and if it seems OK, run it. I still have the seal kit on the way, so maybe I will get some bearings too, and plan on rebuilding the lower unit over the next winter.
