Re: FS12 Build a much improved vessel from my 1st build

Unfortunately I am running out of space and I am almost finished with my current build so I am going to list the FS12 for sale. If you know anybody that is interested in it please forwa...

Amazing work as always. Where did you source the rubber grommets the wires are passing through? Thanks!

Re: A facelift of SandPiper, FS14
I have a brand new aluminum tank I got from Boyd Welding that I never installed. 5 gallons, measures 12x12x8. It is a permanent below deck tank so you would need a fill tube and vent. $100, shipped. Shoot me a message if your interested.

Re: Chasing Tail - FS17 LS
I bought a few frosting piping bags at the dollar store. There are a variety of plastic tips that come in the kit and I was able to flow the thickened epoxy under the stringers pretty easily. A lot of people just cut a corner off a ziplock but the plastic tip on the forsting bag let me keep it press...

Re: FS12 15hp porpoising
I built a FS12 and have a Tohatsu 8hp 4-stroke carbed up to a 9.8. I am surprised you are not reving out with the 15. I had to put a slightly larger prop on mine to keep from over reving. My son is 125lbs and his buddy is about 110. The boat runs right at 22mph and get on plane quickly. I put a 3 ga...

That boat sure sits nice even with you up on the polling platform. Excellent job.
