Re: My steel wheel

I don't sail or have a boat that's finished but I subscribe to quite a few sailing channels on youtube (between here and the channels I live vicariously) and basically ditto what Jaysen said.
Every single sail boat that I have seen or watched has a metal wheel.

Sure was fun seeing all your travels!

RIP Ken.

I'm in agreement with Fuzz, hate seeing the core group passing, so much knowledge gone.
But he will be remembered by family and friends and his posts will live on helping others out from his posts.

Re: “Low” energy air conditioning?

Thinking ahead to how(if) I’ll be able to cool off my cabin in the summer months. I’ll have only about 435 cubic feet of inside space. I do plan to insulate and the cabin will be painted white. But I’m in the southeast(Atlanta), so heat and humidity will rule day(and night) for 4+ months per year. ...

Re: VG23 New Build

I think everyone uses more epoxy than they expect in the beginning.
Regardless, I'm enjoying watching your progress.
Just bought a new sander and really need to get back on my own project. Seeing the postings certainly does motivate me.

Deleting my comment. mhd is correct, nothing served on a public forum when we are trying to encourage each other.
