So I went ahead and did the graphite then did the primer came out fine .She is now ready to be flipped

Fairing in complete on to primer and graphite tryna see if I want to just add the graphite on the bottom only and pri e rest of hull or do primeron the bottom also then graphite

Have you considered a tent or polytunnel to keep it out of the weather? Mine was good, but problematic until I covered the lot with a heavy duty tarp tied and cable tied to the steel frame. Hard to get good photos, but no worries about the rain anymore. I have one but don't really need it at this p...

So the weather finally warmed up enough to start the fairing 2 coats so far need to sand and switch to the quickfair to finish up

Tom if you look under No Excuse you'll find an aluminum shoe on the skeg with a piece of zinc at the rear end just like mine, and just like Salty's. I know because I copied Larry and he helped me etch mine with moonshine and attach it at 3 am ! Epoxy glue with stainless screws. He then left here at...

Salty long before you joined here Cracker Larry put a SS piece on his skeg a lead on the front on it like you have for corrosion resistance. The SS protected the skeg on his OD18 from the oyster beds off Savannah where he was based. If I were you I would reverse the lead and have the thin point for...
