It depends on how much graphite you add to each load of epoxy as the graphite is the scratch preventer. If only adding 20% then I would do 3 coats if 25-30% then you might get by with 2 coats. I've got a TX18 in a 20x22 that also has 2 workbenches, 2 sets of shelving, a dirt bike and 2 four-wheelers in it. If I can do it with a TX18 you'll be fine.
