Thanks for the replies, larger radius elbows makes lots of sense. got the pipe and i'm ready to put it in .Larry b , that looks like a perfect tank... and a great price as well . Nice work there on your sole as well.

GREAT TOPIC... I WAS ABOUT TO TEMPORARILY FASTEN MY SOLE TO THE STRINGERS AND CUT ALOT OF FILL HOLES WITH A HOLE SAW AS WELL AS A MULTITUDE OF SMALL VENT HOLES AROUND 3/8 IN. EVERY WHERE. 1) does the clamping board for the transom get encapsulated in glass before its glassed into the transom? seems like it should... 2)does the entire inside of the transom get glassed as well ?? same thoughts.. 3)was it supposed to be a 2x6 or 2x8?? got a 2x8 cut and ready to go in but i am just curio...
