To make fillets are used (apart of epoxy) different stuff: wood flour, silica , microspere (micro bubbles).

Last question to the topic : which exactly cutting carbide blade shall I use to remove epoxy seams as after checking web it seems there is few different ones (please look in the link) :

Removing the frame
Could someone help me ? I installed in the wrong place plywood frame in the plywood dinghy and applied epoxy filler with wood powder.
How can I remove it? I've heard something about heat gun .
