In the plan says you can either make them from single piece of wood 20mm thick or from two 10mm thick. Could you tell me how do you make gunwales from two thin pieces? Do you laminate one at the time and next day you glue next one on top ? Or you laminate them first together and then stock it to the...

To make fillets are used (apart of epoxy) different stuff: wood flour, silica , microspere (micro bubbles).
Which one is best for strong fillets?

Funny in this forum no one suggests heat gun while on clc forum lots of guys suggest heat gun.

Could someone help me ? I installed in the wrong place plywood frame in the plywood dinghy and applied epoxy filler with wood powder.
How can I remove it? I've heard something about heat gun .
