Ok will do, thank you!
Any recs on ways to stress test other than just banging with a soft hammer or bend the panels a good bit back and forth?
And regarding transom, I actually did pre—coat it before I glued the three pieces together (not sure if that is what you’re referring to or not).

Re: Transom separated from plywood
Thanks for your comments! I saw you said all wood needs to be pre coated with expoxy before filleting. Being a rookie, i did not do that so all the joints/seams of the hull panels are filleted together but not pre-coated. The ONLY area i have seen teh separate was that one spot on the transom from m...

Re: Transom separated from plywood
Sounds good, and agree will def get a coat on there.
Do you let the neat coat dry or do you try and apply the glass on while still tacky?

Re: Transom separated from plywood
No I didn’t. And what exactly is neat coating? I used the EX fillet so assumed that was able to go straight on to the wood?
Should I be concerned about the other joints?

Transom separated from plywood
Was working on cutting out the tunnel and noticed a small section along the transom that separated from the plywood that was bonded the ez fillet. It’s about 6 inches where it separated cleanly(didn’t bond). Question is, should I just place some more fillet under that gap and re-set or should I cut ...

Hardener sitting in heat all summer. Issues?
Hey everyone, random question. I left a jug of hardener all summer in my garage heat (Texas) with a plunger screwed on the top. I noticed that it was possibly vaporizing a tiny bit and forming this crust around the spout of the plunger and then accumulating and falling to the ground. My question, is...

Left Ez filet lid off for 48hrs...Issues??
Hey, quick question, i accidentally left the lid to the Ez Filet (both part A and B) off for 48hrs. I then laid some filet down last night and noticed it isn't hardening as fast. Maybe because of slightly cooler temps we've had down in Tx last few days but wanted to see those resins need to be cover...
