Re: Sure is quiet around here...
Don't second guess yourself. At least you know it's done right. I paid the installation fee on the vent hood in the house I moved into. Re: User Rankings
How about a transom repair and a scilly gig 15. Also can't wait to see the larger Jazz 30 plans.

Re: Fishing Alaska in July
6 of us will be flying into Anchorage and renting a SUV. I will probably take the fly rod just in case. Lots of sight seeing being planned by the wife and her sister.
Just found out Cracker Jack is booked for the dates I will be there. Now looking for other options.

Re: Fishing Alaska in July
I've got Captain B's Alaskan C's set up for my stay in Homer. I got recommendations from the home owner where we will be staying. Should I take my fly rod and try some river bank fishing or is it to hard to reach or overcrowded. We will be up at Talkeetna for part of our trip as well. Thanks to ever...

Re: Fishing Alaska in July
Thanks for the response Richard. I had seen their add but it's nice to have someone you know recommend them. The halibut is what I'd like to target as well. The halibut you brought to our first Texas meet was fantastic. I'll let you know how it goes.

Fishing Alaska in July
I am looking for charter recommendations for an Alaska trip in July. I will be in Seward and there are several fishing charters to choose from. Anyone have a recommendation?

Re: Unit of measure
I grew up learning inch/foot/yard. But when I chose plans I ordered metric. I would say it's worlds easier trying to mark a point at 62 mm than at 24 and 13/32" I would imagine the plans were initially created metric, but I could be wrong about that.

Re: making cheap faring boards
That's how I made my faring boards. Only difference was I cut cheap Harbor freight belt sander belts and used those for longer boards.

Re: Feral Pigs
I've seen big sows trash a metal trap. Maybe we can build one out of glass and ply. It might absorb the energy from inside without separating the panels?

Re: Feral Pigs
Good piggies. They are starting to take up more space in my freezer than the white tails and endangered Red snapper.!
