Re: Hope2float's P-21 in Jackson

I have not posted in years.. Got up early and decided to take a look. The first post I see was from a friend Lane and his P21. Wow what a coincidence. My p21 is great. 150 Yamaha four stroke for power. I sleep out on it during the summer all the time. 50 miles per hour is top speed. Good luck lane w...

Re: Justin's P19

Hey all I didn't, mean that it wouldn't work on others boats. I just didn't want to be responsible for extra work on my account. I don't Remember if I glassed my rails because of Crackers advice. He has always guided us correctly. He was a boat building god. I don't know why I had repeated failures ...

Re: Hope2float's P-21 in Jackson

Good to see all of you guys again. The boat is still just great. I did have to paint the bottom this year and repair some cosmetic gouges in the hull. I modified the bunks on the trailer because they were just a little long in the front and it caused some paint damage when putting in and out. For th...

Re: Justin's P19

Hey Justin it has been a while since i have visited the site. Years ago we discussed putting glass over the spray rails. Do not do that, I have wrestled with the glass on the spray rails for four years. The pressure from the water at planning speeds just removes sections of it like a water jet. I ha...

Re: Hope2float's P-21 in Jackson

Hey all its been a long time since I posted. I would like to report that the boat is GREAT! It has done everything asked of it. Rough water is a little hard on the kidneys but for the most part it is a very capable boat. We enjoyed fishing the Atlantic until late fall. It has served the family very ...

Re: Hope2float's P-21 in Jackson

Hey all, I'm back and I have been lurking around. I see some real good work going on here as usual. Justin the answer is yes I am still out here. The boat was stored inside for the winter. I had a great opportunity to store it for free. I could even work on it there as the space was heated. I did no...
