Destroyed plans

Jacques.

Due to the loss of my shop during hurricane Ike my FL 26 plans were destroyed. Can I purchase a copy of the plans or could it be possible to get them in something like a pdf format for printing here? (printing in house is not a problem)

Thank you

Steve

I do not know for certain. I looked at some of the designs but the web site does not show the particulars regarding mast height and sail dimensions. If Jacques could direct us a bit I would guess there is something in there for the entire rig with minor modifications. The winches are gone but there ...

Hello Larry Glad you like the winches but bummer about the spring. We started leaving them whole to save on time but also to get rid of the parts I had no use for. Someone would call and want a winch drum and I get stuck with everything else or they want a drum but discover other problems once their...

If you can give me a rough idea of the measurements I can dig through the bags and see what I might have.

Have you had the winches apart yet? I do not believe the boat ever lived around salt water but some of the bolts looked like they might be fun. I am sure there are many methods but something I have found to work well is to drop them in a bucket of Diesel for a few days. If you decide to do that trim...

There is no charge for the leftover fiberglass. Just an extra service we provide to our salvage parts customers. :D

If there is anything else you need let me know as I might have it laying around.

Not in 18' Depending upon the river in question your "golf cart" motor can become a major issue. The golf cart motor also has issues regarding constant run time that I have discovered the hard way. Give it a bit of thought and one should see that a golf car is not intended to run long dura...

They show some nice boats. Definetly the over all feel I think I am going for.

The English built boats for the rivers tend to be a bit narrower than lake boats here in the states. They have duration isues on the rivers that would not apply for what I wish to build.

Thanks for the info.

I am glad you like the idea. I have an old US Navy plank on frame motor whale boat with an old ELCO conversion. Held together with bailing wire and duct tape it is still one of my all time favorites for simply messing about with a few friends and was the boat that started all of this in the first pl...
