Re: 28' Trawler (TW28) build boat speed
Wetted surface area functions differently for displacement vs planing boats. I’m not fully able to understand the why, but the simple rule is “long and thin is fast for displacement”. For planing boats it has to do with the wetted surface being reduced at speed. Weight increases the wetted surface b...

Re: Question regarding how to properly finish a hull

Do you mind posting a few pics here? Just a couple that show the exterior and interior levels of completion. Also an approximate location. Would help give folks an idea of what to expect.

Regardless, what is a letter Well. It’s one of these things… ;) a guy I know well, and rust. Here is his response: What it was supposed to say, and not as easily deciphered as yours is “did you get an amperage read”. I’ve no idea how my phone guess “letter”. Nifty technology hasn’t helped me proof ...

I “would get” closer to 20mpg if I was allowed to use my boat. Then again… I hope I’m only using it about 5min per trip.

There is something “wrong” with edge and sites that aren’t optimized specifically for it are the host layer. I want to say “aren’t hosted in windows” but that would start a fight I’m not interested in participating in. I recommend avoiding edge at all costs. Have you inspected the housing for roughn...

Nothing new on BBC side. If you can describe the issue as you see it I might be able to assist.
