One final (maybe) question. What would you say if I told you that, due to local availability, I bought 1/2" marine plywood for the side panels, bottom panels and decking? Have I already messed up?

OK. Here's another question. Reading the instructions, it says to splice the two halves of the bottom panels and side panels together with biax tape rather than a butt block. Is this correct?

On drawing B292/5 (Plywood Panels), near the point of the Bottom Panel, the 9 5/8" measurement should actually be 7 1/2".

Just got the RB14 plans and already came up with a question. I don't see the bow mold anywhere on the nesting diagram. Does that mean I can make it out of whatever flotsam I have lying around?
