I am building up a low spot with a mix of Marineepoxy,microbubbles and silica. Do I need to remove any possible blush prior to adding more on top

When looking at the CS25 Lamination schedule, I do not see where it indicates how many layers of glass to put on the Transom. I am building the closed transom. I see the schedule for the tape but not the entire transom. Could you give me or direct me to the info please

That is why I am confused. I know the resin has never been frozen. It is stored in my basement until near time to use it, then I bring it out to the carport to get to ambient temp. which in my region has been 60-80 degrees.
