Jacques: CS25 Frame Spacing

Jacques,

I'm building the CS25 closed transom long deck. Why is the spacing between frames G and H so much different than all the others? All others range from 32" to 39" spacing, while G to H spacing is 46"

Here is what you need to design. If I may give my 2 cents worth I would say that if you are going to design a fishing boat in the 30+ range don't worry about trying to get it to fit on a trailer. Among the things I think you should concentrate your efforts on are fishability, power options, and seak...

DeeDaddy,

Did you buy the kit or cut it yourself? Shoot me an E-mail with how I can get in contact with you if you don't mind. capthassler@yahoo.com

CS25 Inside Stringer(Jacques)

Jacques,

On Dwg E248_7 the Inside stringer has some conflicting dimensions. At the end there is a dimension of 11" then 144" straight then 12". Can I assume that the 11" on the end is incorrect and should be 12"

Thanks

CS25 Mold 0(Jacques)

Jacques,

I'm building the CS25 closed transom, long deck. While building my jig I noticed in the build notes on page 2 bottom of page a reference is given to a mold 0 which is cut in two and placed on either side of the bow mold. I cannot locate this piece on my dwg's.

Jacques,

When you say I/O, will that be with a jackshaft(where the engine sits midship and is connected to the outdrive unit with a shaft) or will it be the traditional mounting arrangemant with the engine located at the stern?
