Acadian Hardwoods in Ponchatoula lists okoume plywood as a product they carry. I do not know if the plywood is marine grade?

If these are temporary frames move them up to where they line up and make the adjustment when you cut the permanent frames.

I am not aware of anyone offering marine grade okume plywood in Louisiana. The plywood sold by boatbuilder central is a high quality plywood worth the extra cost.

I sprayed three coats of Kingston Gray EMC on today after work. Over the past couple weeks we sprayed 5 coats of System 3 primer. The System 3 primer was wet sanded with 220 grit between coats. Sorry for the late response. I would add the small skeg as recommended in the plans. The boat does slide in sharp turns and you just have to slow down. It's not a big deal once you get used to the boat. I did build in reverse chines by making a dam and building up with epoxy/choppedstrand/cabosil mi...
