Greetings all :) The "YANMAR" 260HP (6BY260Z type), weights 408 kg (899 lbs) WITH a "Mercruiser" Bravo X3 Sterndrive, only 30kg more than twin 140HP Outboard Suzuki (380Kg), witch can be put beyong the transom, on a bracket. So, IMHO this solution is worth exploring. Excuse me f...

What I do know we are fishing for a respectable time now on a Dusky 25 ft and took a lot of fish my only wish is the CS25 wil handle the same and would be as fast as the dusky hell!! half of it will do it!! btw i'm talking about the Caribbean sea

The hull design is for outboards with engine weight in the rear. Moving the engine forward will change the CG. You will need to raise the sole to bridge a jack shaft. Move other weight to the rear....live well...fuel tanks,,,any thing else to offset engine weight. What if you put something like thi...
