Sigh....Thats what I figured, But I hoped I could lay it on dry and then wet as you can do with lighter weight cloth....Good thing my wife thinks mixing Epoxy and applying epoxy glue is fun .. And NO, You guys cant borrow her.. and she doesnt have a sister...

I am fiberglassing the bottom of the 16 ft Lumberyard Skiff (Old Wharf Dory Plans) and using 10oz Biaxal cloth per Joel`s advice...Would you guys recommend I first brush on a coating of Marinepoxy Resin (slow Hardner) Let it dry and then apply the cloth?.... .... Or would I be OK applying the cloth ...

Thanks Joel,I am covering the rest of the boat with glass,I had resin and some glass from my last build ,But nowhere enough,I'll be sending you a order in the next week or so..

I need advice,I am currently building a 16 ft Lumberyard Skiff and need to know what weight and type of fiberglass cloth to order for the bottom,I dont need it for strength but as a worm barrier in salty Florida..
