Thanks Jacque that comes to about $10.00 about the cost for a good steak in the grocery store any more. I may just have to save up a little more and start later. I will let you know if I want you to do the calcs.

Joel a follow-up. I assume it would be the $80 a sheet H-80 foam. What would the lamination schedule be.

Joel, Abauco is a brand of pine exterior plywood carried by Lowe's. It is sanded on one side has few voids, the ones I have found have been filled. As someone who does a lot of carpentry it is a good product for paintable projects. It soaks up paint terribly so I assume it would do the same with epo...

I have used Abauco before as a wood worker. The only place I would use it for is in places that it would not be seen and would be painted. In my research on it I found.
