Go to Grainger's website. Type in D section rubber seal. Lots of sizes and good quality.

Put a grinder to some of it. If its polyester, it will stink like poly does.

Re: Where did you build your boat?
Buy the shelter. In a 2 car garage, there isn't room for that boat and a car too. I would get a 12x24 shelter if you can swing it. Or talk your wife into parking in the driveway during the build.

Re: Setting hinges and latches
Benny, I think I would route the hinge bed about an 1/8th inch(or so) too large in every dimension. Re: Curacao CS 25
Peter, the Window Weld Urethane might be available at Napa but not sure about the Fusor products. I'd suggest you check the yellow pages for a body shop supply store. The use of bonding materials has exploded in the last 10 years or so for auto collision repair. Lord Fusor is not the only brand avai...

Re: Curacao CS 25
You could bond the tube to the top with automotive urethane window sealant. GM uses it to bond the SMC body panels to the roll structure. Its nearly impossible to remove when cured. 3-M window weld fast urethane #08609 is great stuff. If you want help with it, call a mobile auto glass installer. The...
