Re: CS23 - Dad's dream
Another question about resin and glass : When I mix epoxy for 1m^2 wood coating - first coat, it should be 400g(argument sake for 400g biax), correct? How much should I mix extra to ensure the wood is soaked out as well or is it better to prime the wood before you start the layups. Antonie, G...

Re: OC 17
Are there any other "BOERE" out there? Well, not quite a 'boer' but SA'n anyway - if you ever get down to the Cape I'll take you for a ride in my C17 - built in London, presently being 'finished' in SA (in between sprogs popping out, running a river boat etc...). Good luck with the build....

Re: c17 questions
Can I move the steering station up towards the bow as much as a foot to gain more cockpit space? Will this affect the handling of the boat adversley? I am not concerned about the cuddy cabin as this is a boat for day trips and the cuddy is only for storage. My plan is to create a full width bench a...

RB12 four-seat version - can I drive from the front?
The plans show, that with two benches, the driver sits in at the back. Can I move the driving position to the front cockpit, or will that upset the balance when there's only one or two people sitting in the front and no-one in the back? The idea is to have a cover matching the deck that will cover t...
