Thanks everyone! I hope everyone is well. I am getting my shop set back up, currently building an elevator lift to take advantage of the attic garage storage. It will be beefy! 1,500lb beefy! I am going to put my lathes, bandsaw, and a few other odds and ends that don't get used as much in the attic...

I often times cover my C claps with masking tape on the ends. For the wood clamps, like the Jorgensen Wood Clamps, I sometimes cover 80% or so of the whole clamp. Casey I think on your 18 build I saw that done. It seems to do the trick. Another spot I sometimes cover on the C claps are the threads....
