With or without cracks your boat is still awesome. After you reinforce it you may consider SeaDeck or a similar product. It may bridge any stress cracks you don't want to look at, and offer the other benefits as well.

Can you guys think of a situation where going up to the 150hp would be an issue? I overbuilt the transom with three 1/2 sheets and 4 layers of biaxel, and two stringers in the middle coming all the way up to the deck. The floor added even additional glass and support.
